These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DR GRASS mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DR GRASS ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
DR GRASS operates two categories of services:

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

The DR GRASS app offers the following plans:
New users receive a 30-day free trial with access to all app features. No credit card is required for the free trial.
A recurring monthly subscription that provides unlimited access to all app features. Billing is processed via Paddle.com. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
A single one-time payment granting permanent access to all current and future app features. No recurring charges.
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added by Paddle at checkout based on your location. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
All purchases — including Premium subscriptions and Lifetime Access — are non-refundable. Our refund window is 0 days. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
You may cancel a Premium subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No payment is taken during the free trial period, so no refund applies.

We offer professional freelance services including website design, web application development, and AI/agentic workflow automation ("Project Services"). The following terms apply to all Project Services engagements:
Each project is governed by a separate written agreement (email or contract) specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. These Terms supplement that agreement.
Project Services are invoiced separately, typically with a deposit due before work begins. Specific payment terms are agreed in writing per project.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion. Disputes should be raised within 14 days of delivery.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries incorporated in the work.

All content, branding, designs, code, and materials in the DR GRASS app and website are owned by DR GRASS or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DR GRASS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@dr-grass.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DR GRASS is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
